Jeremiah

Jeremiah is presented here as a book of warning, grief, resistance, endurance, collapse, and the painful burden of carrying a word people do not want to hear. This album follows the prophet through calling, rejection, inner conflict, public confrontation, loneliness, tears over a breaking people, the fire of truth that cannot be buried, and the fragile beginnings of hope that still remain after ruin.

The album’s sonic identity is indie-prophetic alternative with folk-shadowed alt-rock, emotional tension-pop, and selective cinematic lift. It is built from dry live-feel drums, pulsing bass, jangling and tremolo electric guitar, acoustic guitar, upright-feel percussion, piano, restrained synth beds, ambient guitar texture, gang-vocal lift, and occasional strings. Its sound moves through intimate indie-folk lament, restless alternative rock, tension-filled art-pop, desert-road stomp rhythms, fractured alt-balladry, and fire-lit anthemic release.
